Memphis Mojo Rub™

In Memphis, the word barbecue is a NOUN, not a verb! Good barbecue takes time and the right seasoning to bring the flavor out of any cut of meat. Papa Jeffro grew up in Memphis, the home of the dry rib and now he brings to you his own dry rub blend, that he has perfected over the years. Unlike many other dry rub blends, this one does not contain any sugars.

Mexican cuisine is fun and flavorful. Miche’s mama, Eva, though not Mexican, was also fun and had a zest for life. It made sense to honor her and the love of cooking that she passed down to her daughter by naming this fun and flavorful, zesty blend for the moniker that Eva was known as by her grandkids - YaYa!
