Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
4 5 oz pieces salmon
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp wasabi
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp Twice Stolen Spice™
White part of 2 scallions sliced
Directions
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Prep
Preheat oven to 450°
Mince garlic and ginger and thinly slice scallions, separating the green from the white part
In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, wasabi, avocado oil, honey, and coconut amino or tamari.
Put lemon pepper and Twice Stolen Spice™ on salmon fillets
Add salmon and cover fully in the sauce
Cook
Place salmon on foil foil-covered baking sheet
Put salmon in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Plate, garnish, devour
