¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup red or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Twice Stolen Spice™
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh herbs (note 1)

Chop fresh herbs (if using, see note 1)
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar or bowl. Mix together. Use immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
You don't have to use fresh herbs at all. The Twice Stolen Spice™ has all the zing! But if you have them, add them! Fresh ingredients are the best.
