These incredible Taco Spring Rolls aren't your average spring rolls; they're a glorious celebration in every bite, ideally suited for any occasion you can imagine. Each golden air-fried spring roll is generously filled with seasoned taco meat, rich, melty cheese, and green scallions. The combination creates a symphony of textures and tastes that will have you reaching for more.

When I whip up my taco meat with our incredible YaYa taco seasoning™, I always make extra. This way, I have a ready-to-go stash in the fridge for quick quesadillas, vibrant taco salads, and these absolute delights! Beyond delicious, and far less messy than your typical crunchy taco. By air frying these spring rolls, you achieve that coveted crispy exterior with significantly less oil than traditional deep-frying methods, so you can indulge in these flavorful treats with less guilt. Ingredients

Makes 6 servings

  • 1 lb cooked taco meat (made with YaYa Taco™ (note 1)

  • 1 bunch scallions, diced

  • ¼ cup Diced jalapeños (note 2)

  • 12 oz shredded cheese (note 3)

  • Jalapeños 

  • 18 Spring roll wrappers

  • Water

  • Spray oil

Prep Time: 15-30 minutes Cook Time: 12 minutes

Prep

  • Make taco meat if you haven't already 

  • Assemble ingredients

  • Lay out one spring roll wrapper and layer fillings

  • Roll tightly 

  • Dab corner with water 

  • Repeat with 18 spring roll wrappers 

  • Spray with oil

  • Pre heat air fryer 

Cook

  • Air fry for approximately 12 minutes, flipping halfway through 

  • Serve with toppings or dips of your choice. E.g.: salsa, taco sauce, sour cream

Notes

  1. It's not for sale yet, so use whatever you've been using until we release YaYa Taco™. Then switch. It's better. GF & SF! 

  2. Your choice. I use cheddar and always shred my cheese, but you do you.

  3. Jalapeños are optional. I add them to mine. Again, you do you.
