This is Mama Miche, and today, in my magic kitchen: Crab Bites

This simple yet indulgent dish transforms humble faux crab into a buttery, flavor-packed snack or appetizer. By slicing the crab into bite-sized portions and tossing it in a luscious Twice Stolen Spice™seasoned butter, you create a rich, satisfying bite that’s perfect for a quick treat, a party platter, or a last-minute side. The beauty of this recipe lies in its ease — minimal prep, maximum flavor, and an irresistible aroma that will have everyone asking for seconds.

  • Large chef knife 

  • Cutting board or mat

  • Measuring spoon & cups

  • Air fryer or ovenLarge chef knife

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 package faux crab 

  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter 

  • 1 teaspoon Twice Stolen Spice™

Directions

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

  • Slice the crab sticks into roughly 1" pieces, and transfer to a waiting mixing bowl with the melted Twice Stolen Spice™ butter

  • Toss gently until evenly coated. ((note 1)

  • Transfer the prepared crab meat to the basket of an air fryer and spread it out in an even, single layer.

  • Cook at 400° for 10 minutes. 

  • Shake the basket and cook for another 8-10 minutes- depending on your desired level of crispness.

  • Transfer the crispy crab bites to a serving bowl.

Notes

  1. When mixing with the seasoned butter, do not toss the crab pieces for too long; they will break up.

  2. Pour some butter with Twice Stolen Spice™ in a bowl for dipping and level up!
